FACTS AND FIGURES

Your email estimate explained

Email estimate received. That’s the first step, and a big tick in the box. But what does it mean? Here we explain what each figure represents, why it is useful to you, and the assumptions we have made.

Is solar and battery storage a good investment? Our customers tell us that this is the biggest question, and the hardest to answer. By providing an initial estimate based on your energy usage, you can see at a glance what kind of savings and return on investment you can expect.

Most households will experience significant reductions on energy bills and are very happy with the return on investment, knowing that a solar and battery system will provide not only financial and environmental benefits, but also energy security. By providing you with estimates quickly and easily, you are in a position to request a call or Zoom meeting with one of our experts to make your project a reality. Alternatively, you may decide that the numbers don’t quite stack up for you just yet, and you can revisit at a later date.

Technical expertise and honest advice

If you would like to talk to one of our experts about your project, click on one of the links in your email. This will allow you to request a phone call or Zoom meeting at a convenient time. Alternatively, you can email us with your estimate number and your questions and we will get back to you.

Rest assured, with iJo Power you will never be given the hard sell. A passion for renewables is what drives us, and we take great pride and satisfaction in providing our customers with the very best solutions in an open and honest manner. During our Zoom meeting or phone call, we will share current performance of similar projects installed for existing customers, to give you a clear idea of what you can expect. Of course, there are pros and cons to different configurations and our technical experts can discuss these with you in order to reach the optimised solution for you. It is at this stage that the system provided in your initial Email Estimate will be adjusted and optimised.

So, what’s next? If you have your own installer or plan to install yourself, we will raise an invoice and advise you on lead times for delivery. If an installer is required, we will arrange a site visit with one of our preferred installers so that roof measurements can be confirmed and a site survey can be undertaken. The installer will then provide a true quotation for installation. If you are happy to proceed, an invoice will be raised and an installation date agreed. You could be up and running and reaping the benefits of solar and battery storage within 6-8 weeks, depending on lead times for equipment.

The “small print” (provided in standard size and bold for ultimate transparency…) The cost calculator provided on this website is for information purposes only. As solar and storage systems have so many variables, it is not possible to give exact figures of the likely costs and/or savings from a solar installation prior to final quotation, as these costs and/or savings will vary greatly and may increase or decrease according to conditions on site and specification of equipment, amongst other things. The information found in the cost calculator and any results obtained therefrom are not binding and do not constitute any kind of offer or other contractual commitment on the part of IJO Power Ltd, trading as IJO Power.
